Price comparison: The i2 Segway
Since their unveiling back in roo1, the two-wheeled self-balancing electric Segway have had some success in certain niche markets or as a novelty item. Hence, the Asian Wall Street Journal’s weekly Arbitrage column has recently conducted a survey of prices for the i2 Segway in various cities in Asia and around the world. The survey found that prices were highest in Bangkok – in fact, nearly double in comparison to New York where i2 Segway prices were lowest. Nevertheless, having a i2 Segway would probably not make much of a difference when navigating through Bangkok’s notorious traffic jams!
