Price comparison: A filet mignon dinner
If you are an expatriate or a business traveler in Asia, having at least one business meal where filet mignon is on the menu is inevitable. Hence, the Asian Wall Street Journal’s weekly Arbitrage column has recently conducted a survey of prices for eight-ounce (200 gram) filet mignon dinners at steak houses around Asia. The survey gives a good idea of just how much that next business meal in a traditional steakhouse will set you back for (however, drinks are not included in the survey).
